As a Pool Attendant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience through excellent customer service, attention to detail, and proactive engagement with visitors.
Responsibilities
- Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all guests and compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional guest services by greeting visitors, answering questions, and assisting with any needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area, including chairs, towels, and amenities.
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area to ensure it meets health and safety standards.
- Engage with guests through public speaking during events or activities held at the pool.
- Provide support to children and families enjoying the pool area, ensuring a fun and safe environment.
Skills
- Strong background in customer service with a focus on hospitality.
- Experience in guest services or resort environments is preferred.
- Lifeguard certification is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is encouraged.
- Previous experience working with children is highly desirable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in maintaining a safe environment.
