Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of coaches, providing mentorship and guidance as needed
- Develop and implement training programs for different skill levels and age groups
- Evaluate and assess the performance of the coaching staff regularly
- Communicate with parents and athletes to provide updates and address any concerns
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives for continuous improvement
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of gymnastics training techniques and best practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required
- CPR and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
