- Oversee the developmental gymnastics program, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for all participants. (typically 18 months to around 13 years old)
- Provide training and guidance to coaching staff, equipping them with the tools they need to inspire young athletes
- Work closely with parents and athletes, providing updates on progress and encouraging their involvement in the gymnastics journey
- Organize and lead events and showcases that highlight our gymnasts' skills and achievements
- Stay updated with the latest coaching techniques and gymnastics trends to continuously improve the program
- Strong experience in gymnastics coaching or a background in sports development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with athletes, coaches, and families
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for nurturing young talent
- Flexibility to adapt and respond to the unique needs of each athlete
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with others
