Area Director - Developmental Disability Services :

Together Everyone Achieves More (TEAM), LLC is seeking an Area Director - Developmental Disability Services with a proven track record in leadership, compliance, and staff training and development. If you excel in communication, problem-solving, and program oversight, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee coordinators, program trainers, day site managers, and direct support staff
- Ensure state and federal compliance in all workflows
- Manage incident reporting, resolution, and stakeholder communication
- Lead hiring, recruiting, and training efforts
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and DHHS concerns
- Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and organizational standards
- Conduct staff performance reviews and one-on-one meetings
- Attend state meetings and ensure cross-departmental compliance
- Leading weekly admin meeting
- Take leadership in referrals and intake processes on THERAP (mandatory)
- Write and oversee programming and safety plans
- Daily Referrals check on therap ( This is a must )
- Taking the lead on referrals
- Taking the lead for intake process
- Must be familiar with state regulation Title 403 & 404 including all chapiters
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication abilities

- Ability to make informed decisions and hold accountability
- Great writing skills
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience required
- Experience in developmental disabilities and state regulations preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid car insurance required
- Must pass a background check
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM (in-office)
- Hourly Pay: $25 - $31 (based on experience and qualifications)
