Duties

- Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Negotiate solutions with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align customer service strategies with business objectives.
- Train and develop team members in best practices for customer engagement and problem resolution.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices to ensure the department remains competitive.
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service management role or similar position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience in analyzing data to drive decision-making processes.
- Proficiency in negotiating and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Background in sales is an advantage, providing insight into customer needs and expectations.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction.
