National Fulfillment, located at 105 Commerce Drive in Aston PA is seeking experienced Call Center / Contact Center Representatives.
We are seeking candidates who have ability to work on site in Aston. We have several different shifts varying but weekends are a must!!! Th - Mon, Fri - Tuesday shifts available. 9-5 and 10 - 6:30. Also seeking someone to Lead the team Fri - Tuesdays!!!
Our priority is we would like someone who speaks fluent Spanish as well as English. Also seeking those wanting to work weekends!!!!
Our pay rate starts at $15.50 / hour for Contact Center. The Lead position will be paid at a higher, competitive wage. We have excellent benefits including Med/Dental/Vision after 30 days, 18 days of PTO, 401k, EAP, and more!!

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering communication from consumers with the objective of:
- Creating new orders, providing order information
- Providing product information and answering questions
- Creating RMA’s
- Conducting proactive & timely consumer follow-up
- Acts as the voice of the product to the consumer and the voice of the customer to the company
- Identify how products meet consumer needs and create value for the consumer
- Ensure clear and coherent product messages across all marketing platforms
- Make sure consumers are aware of resources available for learning about products
- Communicates effectively with customers regarding status and details of orders
- Capable of resolving customer issues through various communication channels; phone, email, chat
- Be a goodwill ambassador for the company and our customer wth courteous treatment of all consumers
- Provide email support to customers; build email template library
- Demonstrate respect for the Company’s values daily, maintain and uphold all policies & procedures
- Assumes additional related responsibilities as required
- CC Research, identify and thoroughly understand highest value customer targets
Requirements:
