Job Title: Project Manager

We manage 19 million square feet in 175 sites across North America and Europe with a team of 9,000 . The Project Manager has the overall responsibility for managing and overseeing projects and deliverables as part of our major programs implementing new customers and growth platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carefully manage project scope and change requests, budget, schedule, internal/external staffing, risk, quality, and contractual deliverables in alignment with PMO methodologies and guidelines.
- Effectively manage the project life cycle taking projects/programs from planning to final implementation and successful completion.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously using PMO methodology, standards, and governance.
- Develop project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, budget, contingency plan, and related project management artifacts.
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk identification and mitigation.
Requirements:
- 5 years leading teams in transformation, change management, technical integration, and implementation of project management functions.
- Experience in managing start-up projects, warehousing and WMS experience strongly desired.
- Previous Operations Leadership experience.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control.
- Track record of overseeing large transformation programs and timely delivering quality projects.
