This role requires a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in project management, operations leadership, and change management. Key qualifications include 5 years of leading teams in transformation, change management, technical integration, and implementation of project management functions. Experience in managing start-up projects, warehousing, and WMS experience is strongly desired. Previous Operations Leadership experience, financial acumen, understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control are essential.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a focus on project management or combination of education and related experience. PMP designation is preferred. In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills – experience engaging with executives. Flexibility and self-drive in a fast-paced environment, capability of multi-tasking, highly organized, and excellent time management skills are required. Software expertise (WMS, TMS, MS office, Smartsheet, Lucidchart - visio, etc.) is also necessary.
