As Accounting Manager, reporting to the Controller, we are looking for this individual to come into our growing organization to support the accounting needs including
This position includes…
- Accounts Payable: Oversee the full cycle of Accounts Payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and vendor reconciliations. Implement best practices for AP efficiency and internal controls.
- Corporate Credit Card Program: Oversee the company’s corporate credit card program, including issuing cards, setting spending limits, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Month-End Close Support: Assist in the preparation and review of the monthly expense package, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Contribute to the overall month-end close process.
- Fixed Assets: Oversee the fixed asset process including the recording and depreciating the assets in line with company
- Lease Accounting: Responsible for the complete lease accounting cycle, ensuring accurate recording of leases and the proper depreciation of Right-of-Use (ROU) assets in accordance with ASC guidelines.
- Expense Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of expenses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings. Prepare insightful reports and presentations for management review.
- Intercompany Accounting: Manage intercompany transactions, including invoicing, reconciliation, and eliminations.
Qualifications:
- Experienced & Growth-Focused: 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-location, or high-growth company.
- Mission-driven: individual with high energy and strong levels of perseverance; works toward both individual and team goals
- Tech & Data Savvy – Experience working with accounting systems, data analytics, and automation to drive efficiency and decision-making. Sage is a plus.
- Education - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
Compensation
- Competitive salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 per year.
- Performance-based bonus potential of 10%.
