We are seeking a Performance Marketing and Analytics Manager to take ownership of paid search and digital advertising strategy, driving growth, efficiency, and innovation across our acquisition channels. While this role involves day-to-day execution and optimization, we're looking for someone with a strong strategic mindset, analytical expertise in at least two of the following platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Outbrain, Pinterest, Snapchat, and/or Taboola. The ideal candidate has hard data skills with the ability to build their own reports and dashboards.

You will work cross-functionally with brand, content, and data teams to refine performance marketing strategies, enhance measurement capabilities, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across our ad platforms
- Optimize campaigns daily, adjusting bidding, targeting, creative, and budget allocation to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Continuously QA campaign setups, ensuring proper tracking, accurate budget pacing, and high-quality execution.
- Continuously refine campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and consult on ad copywriting, and landing page optimization to improve engagement and performance.
- Optimize using both internal reporting and on-platform analytics, ensuring performance decisions are data-driven and aligned with business KPIs.
- Leverage SQL and BI tools (Bigquery, Hubspot, Tableau, GA4, etc.) to analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Develop a strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and attribution models, using insights to refine media spend and conversion tracking.
- Improve tracking, attribution, and reporting, ensuring accurate performance measurement.
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, translating data into actionable marketing optimizations.
- Work closely with brand and content teams to ensure alignment between paid media and organic strategies.
- Partner with Tech and Biz Ops to improve conversion tracking and attribution accuracy.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Explore alternative ad channels, identifying new opportunities to scale patient acquisition.
- 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid search and paid social.
- Proven expertise in at least two of the following platforms: Google, Facebook, Taboola, Outbrain, Snapchat, Pinterest
- Experience managing and optimizing multi-million dollar ad budgets across multiple markets.
- Solid technical data skills with experience using SQL, Tableau, Metabase, or similar data visualization tools to analyze performance and drive decisions.
- Deep understanding of marketing measurement, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to balance hands-on campaign execution with a strategic approach to scaling paid media efforts.
- A/B testing experience, with a data-driven approach to optimizing ads, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
