How You?ll Make a Difference:
Metro Vein Centers is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Patient Intake Coordinator (PIC) team, driving top performance in sales KPIs, conversions, and lead cultivation. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to optimize lead nurturing and conversion rates, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance team performance. This role is pivotal in overseeing training, performance, and strategy implementation to maximize patient acquisition and revenue growth.. They will act as a key liaison between the sales team and other business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and maintaining qualitative excellence in patient interactions. The role will report to the Director of Business Development and Strategy.
Competencies:
Team Leadership & Development: Hire, train, and manage a team of PICs, providing ongoing coaching to enhance sales techniques, objection handling, and patient engagement skills.
Strategy & Process Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to optimize conversion rates, streamline processes, and improve team efficiency, adapting to market trends and organizational objectives.
Performance Coaching: Conduct daily oversight of PIC performance metrics (e.g., booking conversion rates, QA results, daily efficiency, patient registration compliance, etc.), providing actionable feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison to other business units (e.g., marketing, operations, clinical teams) to ensure seamless patient onboarding and alignment on organizational initiatives.
Schedule Optimization: Oversee and optimize Patient Intake Coordinator (PIC) schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak call times and maximize team productivity.
Culture Building: Foster a positive, results-driven team culture (remote team) that promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualitative Assurance: Ensure PICs maintain high standards of patient interaction, including professionalism, empathy, and accurate communication of Metro Vein Centers? services.
Initiative Rollout: Lead the implementation of organizational and team initiatives, such as new CRM features, messaging strategies, or technology integrations, ensuring smooth adoption and measurable impact.
Data & Reporting: Monitor and analyze team performance data using CRM and EMR systems, providing regular reports to senior leadership on KPIs, trends, and areas for improvement.
Required Education & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a sales team, preferably direct to consumer product or service. Experience in healthcare or patient-facing industries is a plus but not required.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and online booking/scheduling systems
Spanish fluency is a huge plus.
Bachelor?s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
Strategic thinker with experience designing and implementing sales processes to drive results.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tracking and interpreting performance data.
