Warehouse Associate/Backup Chauffer Driver

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate/Backup Truck Driver will primarily store, cut and distribute materials, from within the warehouse This role will also serve as the back-up driver for the primary chauffer in the event of their absence. This position is comprised of roughly ~ 90% Warehouse duties and ~ 10% driving duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Pulling and returning stock from inventory.

· Cutting, spooling and packaging wire.

· Handling shipping and receiving paperwork (packing slips, labels, bill of lading, etc.)

· Operating forklift; loading and unloading.

· Driving the company truck for pick-ups and deliveries.

· Participate in year-end physical inventory.

· Running errands to the bank, post office, hardware store, gas station, restaurants, etc.

· Cleaning, sweeping, maintenance of the building, vehicles, and equipment.

· Operating wire cutting machines and related equipment.

· Overnight trips for wire pick-up or delivery.

· Overtime as requested.

· Performing other job-related duties as may be assigned by instruction form manager.

Requirements:

· Chauffeur's License (MI).

· Lift and move material up to 60lbs.

· High school education or equivalent

· Ability to pass background and drug screen.
