ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implements and maintains designated processes as a member of the ECI team.
- Answers ECI office business line calls during hours of operation.
- Processes all ECI referrals, incoming Parent Arranged, Parent Choice, or Not Part C progress notes in PsychConsult within assigned timelines and with accuracy.
- Processes all Program Permission for Therapies (PFTs) and weekly/monthly TKIDS data reports into the TKIDS system.
- Creates and gathers Medical Charts, as needed.
- Gathers and processes all program's incoming faxes and mail.
- Maintains updated demographic information in PsychConsult.
- Greets and Checks-In all visitors at front desk stations and provides clerical support including copying, faxing, and all other general office duties
- Places clinical transactions for evaluations in Show status, as needed.
- Complete daily confirmation calls for program evaluations and group therapy services.
- Confirms payor and completes financials authorizations, as needed.
- Responsible for cleanliness and set up of ECI lobby and Therapy Cottage.
- Coordinates needed supplies for the team with the Program Manager, as necessary.
- Attends ECI Team Meetings as required.
- Provides backup support to Medical Records as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
