We are seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative at Metrodial.
- 3pm-11 pm shift at our Hicksville, Long Island location. Arrangements for split shifts are also a possibility for the right candidate.
Metrodial, a trusted name in security since 1969, is seeking a dedicated Call Center Customer Service Representative for our Alarm Central Station in Hicksville, Long Island.
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be a crucial part of our 24/7 operation. Our Central Station is led by highly trained operators who respond immediately to incoming alarm events, ensuring the safety and security of our clients

Training is held Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm for 4 - 6 weeks.
Qualifications: MUST BE 18 YRS OR OLDER
Call Center: At least 1 year of experience (Required)
- Customer Service: 1 year
- Call handling: 1 year (Preferred)
- US work authorization (Required)
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to alarms by contacting the appropriate contacts or authorities.
- Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and computer.
- Communicate clearly and reliably.
- Multi-task effectively and maintain attention to detail.
Central Station Operators Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Reliable, Dependable, with a Positive Attitude
