Client Care Manager

Metrogreenscape is growing and has an opportunity for a Client Care Manager located at our Charlotte, NC office to drive our Company sales, assist our clients with all aspects of the sales process, and other assigned responsibilities. 

 Our compensation package includes:

·       Base Salary starting at $60,000.00 plus annual bonus potential.

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop and maintain a schedule to perform audits during customer meetings to ensure quality and service                       expectations are met.

·        Manage client expectations, understand and communicate contract specifics.

·        Make recommendations to clients for improvements to their sites.

·        Conduct job site inspections frequently.

·        Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell property enhancements.

·        Perform maintenance on job site as needed (weeding beds, pruning, etc.)

 Must have the ability to:

·        Ability to lift 60-80 pounds.

·        Ability to work some weekends as required, and in inclement weather.

·        Frequently stand, walk, crouch on narrow and/or slippery surfaces.

·        Bend, kneel and stoop to pick up or move objects.

·        Walk for long distances on sloped and uneven ground.

·        Travel approximately 75% of the time in/around the Charlotte, NC area.

Qualifications and Skills:

·        3-5 years of Sales experience/Account Management focused on landscape 

        maintenance.

·        Excellent oral and written communication skills.

·        Strong organizational skills.

·        Well-versed and fluid with spreadsheets, especially Excel.

·        Ability to effectively make sound decisions under tight deadlines.

·        Ability to organize, plan, and manage multiple activities.

·        Valid Driver’s license and ability to pass Background and Drug screening.
