What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Care Specialist & Case Manager position at Professional Planning Group, Inc.?

Responsibilities
- Updating / maintaining client database
- Prepare and communicate with clients all underwriting correspondence
- Follow process to insurance policies.
- Assist customers with policy and premium information
