Position Summary
The Walmart Marketing Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and support of all core marketing functions related to our Walmart account at Metrolina Greenhouses. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams—Sales, Creative, Product Development, IT, RD, and Supply Chain—as well as with customer partners to manage programs and develop strategic products and services that yield positive, measurable business results.

This position is primarily an indoor office environment for administrative duties, which may require the use of computers and standard office equipment. Fluency to read, write, and understand the English language is required. Must be able to work in all outdoor elements, including dust and allergens on occasion. Position requires long-term ability for standing, sitting, squatting, bending, reaching, and twisting on a regular basis to fulfill essential duties. Candidate must be able to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted, and up to 50 pounds assisted. The candidate may be required to travel locally and occasionally stay overnight.
