Minimum Qualificat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related
field.• Strong leadership and team management s

tware.• Solid analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpret
ation.• Understanding of retail math fundamentals (e.g., margins, markups, turnover ra

role.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced envir
onment

Job Setting & Physical
Demands
Employees in this position work primarily indoors but may be required to ambulate between locations within a large outdoor environment. The role is largely sedentary, however some administrative duties such as filing are required. This would require the ability to lift files, open cabinets, bend or stand, as necessary. To perform the job successfully the candidate must be able to use a computer and other standard office equipment such as phones, copiers, fax machines, etc. Fluency in the English language and the ability to see, speak, hear, read, and write are required. The ability to travel by all means of transportation and to work any hours/days of the week necessary to meet business needs is required. Candidate must be able to work evenings and weekends as business needs arise and during peak seasons.
