Clinical Research Site Manager

MetroMed Clinical Trials is seeking a reliable and dedicated Site Manager to oversee the clinical and business operations of studies.He/she will provide customer-focused leadership in managing multiple Phase II through Phase IV clinical research trials across study site selection, start-up, monitoring, patient recruitment, and study close-out.

Requirements and Experience Required:

• BS or BA required
• 4 years of medical or clinical research experience preferred
• MA or CPT certificate is a plus

Essential Job Functions:

• Extensive experience as clinical research coordinator - ability to communicate effectively, supervise and train other coordinators
• Manage budgeting, contracting and account receivables for clinical trial services
• Patient outreach and enrollment to meet study goals
• Responsible for site assessments, pre-trial assessments, site initiation, subject recruitment and retention, monitoring and close-out
• Work closely with staff on recruitment and scheduling of research subjects
• Communicate effectively with monitors for scheduled monitoring visits and develop future research study opportunities at our site.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
