Overview:
Join our team as a 1099 Contractor for Metronet Technician. We run cables from the terminal to the house, splice them at the terminal and housebox, and install the ONT "Modem" and eero for the customer.
Everyone can participate
Duties:
- Troubleshoot and repair network connectivity issues
- Perform site surveys to assess cabling requirements
- Follow industry standards and best practices for cable management
- Document all work performed accurately
Qualifications:
Requirements: You will need to have a vehicle, a 28-foot fiberglass ladder, splicing tools (such as a splicer, cleavers, and a light meter), as well as basic hand tools. If you are missing anything or need any equipment, feel free to contact me.
Key Important Must Have:
- No BACKGROUND CHECK
- MUST HAVE VALID WORK CREDENTIALS
- Must have own vehicle that is equipped to properly hold a 28ft and 6ft Ladder. CAN BE SUV,PICKUP,VAN...Also you must have basic hand tool knowledge.
- Vehicle Must be White Per Comcast

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
