What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chaos Front Desk/Splash Bar position at Metropolis Resort?
Chaos Waterpark is seeking a fun and welcoming individual to join our team of front desk/Splash bar counter crew members. The successful candidate will provide a smooth check in process to the waterpark, answering any questions guests may have as well as helping guests order food and/or drinks at the splash bar. This position is easy going and a fun way to interact with guests from all over!
We have part time openings with weekend hours being the primary time needed. Candidates must be at least 18 years or older in order to apply because you will be serving alcohol.
The hours for this position are typically Thursday evening shifts, Friday and Saturday shifts range from 9am-9:30pm, and Sunday shifts range from 9am-5:30pm. You can expect 15-20 hours per week with shifts lasting 5-8 hours.

Responsibilities & Duties:
-Assist guests with check-ins, admissions, and providing wristbands.
-Answer questions about facility amenities, attractions, and policies.
-Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally.
-Operate a point-of-sale system to process admissions, bar orders, and retail purchases.
-Take food and drink orders accurately from guests at the Splash Bar counter.
-Prepare and serve beverages/food.
-Complete opening and closing lists for each area.
-Provide support during special events, birthday parties, and group bookings.
