EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant field required. Nine years of progressively responsible technology related management experience with diversified technical experience in the development of information technology policies and programs along with practical experience in Oracle ERP systems, and a minimum of five years in a similar leadership role. Prior work experience in local and /or state government roles. Must have completed at least one documented full-lifecycle implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud. Hands-on experience with large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution implementations. Five or more years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Solutions management experience. Hands on experience with data conversion strategies. Experience working with and integrating with third-party applications. Demonstrated leadership and project management skills with the ability to prioritize resource assignments and tasks strongly desired. In lieu of degree, experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

SUMMARY
Responsible for the implementation of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution specifically migrating from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud. Manages the ongoing support and upgrades needed for Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) solutions comprised of Oracle Financials, Projects, and Procurement; i-Procurement module, Maximus FA Suite Product (Maintenance and Materials Management). Implements, maintains and reengineers required system processes and/or functionality (as needed). Oversees projects, plans, contracts, and software licenses. Works collaboratively across the Authority to design, build and implement technology solutions. Provides assessments, recommendations, and ideas for improvements. Manages the execution of strategies and tactics as determined by senior management. Ensures overall system functionality and performance meet current and future business requirements. Maintains a broad knowledge of state-of the art technology equipment, and systems. Leads and mentors the ERP Oracle team in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Provides guidance and direction to project teams and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Ensures the reliability and availability of service levels for nosiness applications. Provides on-call 24x7 coverage for break/fix/enhancement solutions support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2. Manages the on-going support and upgrades needed for Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) solutions comprised of: Oracle Financials, Projects, and Procurement; i-Procurement module, Maximus FA Suite Product (Maintenance and Materials Management).
3. Manages large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution implementations (specifically migrating from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud).
4. Responsible for defining operational goals, priorities, budgets, and monitoring performance against defined metrics.
5. Leads technical efforts and provides guidance to functional team members. Implements, maintains, and reengineers required system processes and/or functionality (as needed).
6. Participates in cross-functional strategic planning events and provides assessments, recommendations, and ideas for improvements. Manages the execution of strategies and tactics as determined by senior management.
7. Presents sensitive information to internal and external parties using effective communication skills and presentation techniques.
8. Establishes and maintains positive business relationships with managers and staff. Responsible for collaboration with other internal IT teams and other BU organizations to gather required tasks, direction, and delegate responsibilities appropriately among team members.
9. Ensures that overall system functionality and performance meet current and future business requirements. Maintains a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and systems.
10. Monitors and tracks the success of a wide range of projects of varying levels of complexity, including project initiation and planning, testing, implementation, and closeout.
11. Motivates as a change agent who excels at change management, is organized, detailed, and able to grasp and apply new concepts quickly and relay/implement within the team.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages staff of employees (i.e., Information Systems Analysts and Contract Professionals) and performs a host of managerial responsibilities which includes but is not limited to: interviewing, hiring, mentoring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving complex issues.
