What are the responsibilities and job description for the Career Skills Coach (SNAP) position at Metropolitan Community College?
Do you have a passion for supporting others? Do you have experience in career coaching or career readiness?
Then come join the MCC team will work with individuals from community referrals and the MCC Adult Education program to strengthen job readiness and skills development for high barrier students by aligning the individual’s skills with locally available jobs, and creating an individualized education plan for placement and for career development within the occupation, portable to any business that hires for that occupation and skill.
Are you a great match for this role?
All you need is a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with three (3) years of full-time work-related work experience in advising, coaching, case management and/or counseling, preferably in higher education.
Must complete required certifications to administer all specialized assessments within 90 days from hire.

Compensation:
The minimum salary for this position is $56,118 with annual increases.
