What are the responsibilities and job description for the Writing Center Consultant - Part-time position at Metropolitan Community College?
Do you have a passion for writing? Do you have writing experience?
Come join the MCC team to assists others with all stages of the writing process, ranging from developmental course writing to professional writing. This position conducts orientation sessions and workshops throughout the year and performs administrative duties as assigned.
Are you a great match for this role?
All you need is a Master’s Degree with one year of teaching experience, preferably in composition, or one year of writing tutoring experience preferred.
If this isn’t exactly you, no worries. We look at an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience to see if you have what we need.

Compensation:
The minimum hourly rate for this position is between $22.00 with annual increases.
