Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and update financial records.
- File, scan, and organize accounting documents.
- Assist with processing invoices and other financial paperwork.
- Respond to basic inquiries and provide administrative support to the accounting team.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Previous experience in clerical or accounting support is a plus but not required.
Shift:
· Mondays 7am to 4pm (1 day per week)
