Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules, including weekly look ahead schedules.
- Manage and coordinate the workflow of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and document minutes.
- Attend and document all project meetings, including Subcontractor Progress Meetings and Bid Reviews.
- Generate take-offs of plans to assist with subcontracts and job costing.
