What you’ll do:

• You’ll be facilitating agile processes, ensuring that the development team follows the Scrum framework


• You’ll be collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve project goals.


• You’ll have a deep understanding of agile methodologies


• You will be leading and coaching teams

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Active Secret security clearance


• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.


• 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an agile leadership role.


• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices.


• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remove roadblocks that may impede the team’s success.


• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
