What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warranty Claims Administrator position at MetroTech Automotive?
MetroTech Automotive is looking for a Warranty Claims Administrator to join our team. For over 35 years MetroTech has been providing dealerships with products and services, including car care products, detailing services and F&I income development. We manufacture the First Place Finish car care system which is sold by dealerships across the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate Automotive Car Care claims to determine exposure, liability and damages.
- Answer incoming claim calls concerning warranty coverage and claim issues from customers and dealerships.
- Manage and respond to emails in our NetSuite Case portal.
- Prepare necessary forms and gather documentation for all valid claims.
- Communicate internally with management regarding the status of Goodwill claims.
- Make strategic recommendations for scope of coverages and any changes in compliance language.
- Maintain information on various platforms (primarily Excel spreadsheets) for reporting purposes.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative job duties as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- College Degree preferred
- Experience in processing warranty claims
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills desired
- Able to handle a high volume of phone calls and emails
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite preferred
