The Scheduling Coordinator position requires a compassionate, hardworking, and team-oriented individual who can provide concierge-level customer service across various communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will involve greeting patients and visitors warmly, responding to phone calls efficiently, scheduling appointments, collecting patient information, and preparing patient charts accurately.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess basic office skills such as typing and filing, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for interacting with patients, referring offices, and team members through phone, in-person, or electronic communication, ensuring seamless patient experiences.
