Introduction
We are seeking a Business Analyst Summer Trainee to join our accounting and finance team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will support various financial activities and contribute to the overall efficiency of our finance operations.
In this position, you will report to the Finance Business Partner. This position is mainly located in in York, PA, but we offer a flexible hybrid schedule.

What you’ll do :
- Financial Analysis : Assist in conducting financial analysis to identify trends and variances.
- Budgeting and Forecasting : Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Reporting : Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards.
- Data Management : Assist in maintaining and updating financial databases and systems.
- Process Improvement : Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements.
