Introduction
We are seeking a Quotation and Order Management Specialist to join our Quote and Order Delivery team. You will be responsible for all aspects of customer service to both external and internal clientele. Responsible for daily customer service activities such as answer inbound customer calls and emails, quoting, order entry, order management, and first-line technical and customer support. In this position, you will report to Manager, Quotation & Order Management
This position is mainly located in located in Columbia, (SC) but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

What You’ll Do
- Be the Voice of Our Team : Answer customer calls as a key member of the Pump Parts Inside Sales Team.
- Create and Manage Quotes : Prepare quotes and enter orders in SAP for customers via phone, fax, and email.
- Provide Technical Help : Offer first-line technical information to customers using equipment manuals, schematics, parts lists, blueprints, electronic databases, and card files.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Work with Technical Parts Support and Pricing to add or update materials in SAP, ensuring accurate tracking and completion.
- Consult and Coordinate : Engage with sales teams, purchasing groups, design team, sourcing, and logistics to streamline processes.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction : Initiate, track, and follow up on quote requests and lead time inquiries.
- Be the Direct Link : Serve as a direct contact for sales and external customers.
- Handle Inquiries Efficiently : Review and respond to customer inquiries for the Mining Services market and pump parts products within your territory, and support other CSR workloads during peak times or absences.
- Monitor and Report : Follow up on quotations promptly and consistently, monitor performance against KPIs, and provide sales with insights on won / lost opportunities.
