ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Proactively manage the day-to-day operations of the Onboarding function
- Serve as the point of escalation for the team and internal advocate
- Monitor KPIs and communicate risk to executive leadership
- Coordinate with other teams to optimize processes based on the strategic direction
- Ensure smooth communication with New Client Services
- Work with Sales to ensure continuity and a great customer experience
