Ideal candidates for our internship program will use their skills/experience to:
*Complete a 10-12 week summer internship, working 30-hours per week
*Design, implement, and unit test software for AutoChem software products
*Analyze and solve technical problems.
*Troubleshoot software defects and develop and test software bug fixes.
*Participate in requirements engineering activities for new software products or tools.
*Develop and/or review formal test cases for software products
*Develop software development project artifacts.
*Other duties may be assigned
*Pursuing/possess Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or other technical field
*Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
*Exposure to the design and development of software in a Windows environment
*Exposure to programming languages (knowledge of C# and WPF a plus)
*Exposure to the use of OO and software development lifecycle techniques
*Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication, technical writing, and interpersonal skills
*Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, source code control, and incident tracking tools a plus
