We are currently searching for a Tax, Trusts and Estates Attorney who is interested in being based in Pittsburgh. This position entails working in a dynamic growing practice group that primarily serves high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families. The practice group provides sophisticated estate and tax planning counsel utilizing complex planning techniques, including pre-transaction planning, tax minimization strategies, and efficient generational wealth transfers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation of complex estate plans, with attention to technical estate and income tax issues
- Estate and trust administrations
- Preparation of estate, gift, inheritance, and income tax returns
- Ability to organize/prioritize, and handle multiple time sensitive issues in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of at least 2 years of experience in estate planning and individual tax planning, preferably with high-net-worth clients
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong research and writing background
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain and expand client relationships
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required
