Job Description
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Inbound Lead will be responsible for overseeing various Inbound tasks ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders and leading a team of warehouse associates. Various tasks include scheduling and receiving purchase orders, product put away, replenishments, bin slotting, providing assistance to the outbound team when applicable, cleaning and maintaining inventory accuracy directed by the warehouse management team. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, cherry pickers, electric pallet jacks, and reach trucks to transport products to and from bins.
- Utilize handheld devices to accurately process inventory transactions.
- Schedule inbound deliveries and add them to the dock time Calendar.
- Count inbound deliveries accurately, make adjustments to purchase orders and communicate discrepancies to the appropriate parties involved.
- Ensure precise inventory management by bin moving cases correctly and promptly reporting any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by adhering to aisle assignments and performing end-of-shift cleanup to promote workplace safety.
- Work collaboratively with team members across various departments to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures when operating equipment and handling materials.
- Participate in all required company and daily safety meetings.
- Take directions from Warehouse Supervisor to maintain and ensure completion of workflow.
