Warehouse Inbound Team Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily inbound operations, including receiving, unloading, inspecting, and stocking incoming shipments.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound inventory to maintain optimal warehouse efficiency.
• Monitor and manage the inbound workflow, assigning tasks to team members to optimize productivity.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all received goods meet company and customer standards.
• Work closely with inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels and proper storage organization.
• Train and mentor inbound warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve inbound discrepancies and improve processes.
• Track and analyze inbound data to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with a focus on inbound processes.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating warehouse teams.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize inbound workflow.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple departments and external vendors.
• Bilingual in Chinese is required.

• Warehouse supervisor experience
• Forklift Certification

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
