Warehouse Outbound Team Lead

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In-person

Compensation: $29/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy of all outbound orders, including Ecommerce and Sub-orders.
• Supervise and direct team members to assigned tasks for efficiency.
• Document outbound errors and report incidents before the shift ends.
• Assign tasks to employees during idle time (housekeeping, quality checks, etc.).
• Support and train team members to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the loading area.
• Train and oversee trailer pushers and scanners for proper workflow.
• Monitor pallet organization and ensure proper documentation of unmarked cartons.
• Investigate and report missing inventory or insufficient stock.
• Ensure SFP trailers are prioritized and properly scanned before pickup.
• Coordinate with UPS/FedEx for daily shipments.
• Oversee forklift maintenance and ensure safe handling procedures.
• Plan for next-day workload and submit a weekly self-reflection report.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Detail-Oriented: Identify and minimize errors to meet KPI goals.
• Observant: Monitor outbound team progress and efficiency.
• Decision Making: Ability to independently solve problems and make quick decisions.
• Communication & Teamwork: Clearly assign tasks and provide instructions. Open to feedback and team coordination.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanner operations is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a MUST.
