Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all outgoing goods including shipping, stowing products in the warehouse, picking items for customer orders, prepping customer orders, loading orders for delivery
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and loaded correctly
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse
- Supervise (or “oversee daily operations of”) Warehouse Associate team
- Assist the Warehouse Manager to ensure that all warehouse staff perform their duties effectively and adhere to safety regulations
- Maintain accurate inventory counts minimize loss and damages
- Allocate necessary space for stock rotation
- Promote and maintain a culture of safety first in compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations
- Work closely with the purchasing/logistics team on projects, initiatives, or to check inventory
- Provide support to Warehouse Manager and Logistics Manager and complete duties and tasks as needed
- Operate forklift and other heavy equipment, if necessary
- Supports a culture of safe workplace environment
- Maintains professional composure throughout interactions with others
- Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required
- Contacts source or other personnel to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data
- Assist in preparing and processing reports, materials and other documents
- Effectively document shipments and coordinate with purchasing team
- Finds opportunities to improve processes or procedures to improve the efficiency of warehouse operations
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
- High school degree or equivalent required, associated degree a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in a logistics or warehousing environment
- At least 1-year warehouse supervisory experience with demonstrated skill in leading teams, directing efforts, and recognizing or addressing employee performance as needed.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Strong communication skills required, in both English and Spanish are a plus
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Ability to manage priorities and complete projects & tasks efficiently
- Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail
- Familiarity with technology and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds

Working Conditions:
The job will be performed entirely in a warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool depending on weather conditions. Industrial fans circulate air in the warehouse. Will work around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
