Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all products are stored, handled, and shipped in a safe, accurate, and timely manner. This role requires leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage both people and processes effectively.

Duties And Responsibilities
Team Supervision:
- Supervise a team of employees, including responsibilities for interviewing, training, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage warehouse operations and delivery teams, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Use handheld devices to create and correctly apply labels to products.
- Hand-select orders in various warehouse environments with fluctuating temperatures, including non-temperature-controlled, temperature-controlled, and bonded holding areas.
- Stack products on pallets according to proper procedures (e.g., avoid stacking heavy items on light ones, ensure labels face outward).
- Operate electric pallet jacks or forklifts to transport products and stage pallets at designated dock locations for loading.
- Adhere to preferred work methods and promptly report unsafe conditions to the Director.
- Follow sanitation requirements to meet company policies.
- Maintain and operate all assigned equipment, including pallet jacks, handheld units, and personal protective equipment. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections for all mechanical equipment.
- Shrink-wrap products, stage pallets, and load/unload trucks as needed.
- Attending all required company meetings to stay updated on policies, procedures, and expectations.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role involving Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and distribution.
- Transportation and delivery experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and profit goals, meeting distribution objectives, and building positive relationships.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with sales teams, operations leaders, and team members.
- Must have a cell phone, a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, proof of state registration and insurance, and an acceptable driving record.
- Willingness to work occasional weekend hours.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screening for hire and randomly throughout employment.
