Education/Certification(s):
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
Preferred Experience for Forklift/PIT and Building Maintenance Technician:
- Job-related experience within the specialized field with increasing levels of responsibility is required
Requirements for Forklift/PIT and Building Maintenance Technician:
- Ability to give special attention to detail required. Must have the ability to identify letters and numbers
- Must adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and is able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
- The individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, and responds to management direction
- Must have the ability to orally communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and other employees

Schedule:
Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
Pay:
Up to $27.50
Forklift/PIT and Building Maintenance Technician duties include but are not limited to:
- Conduct PMs on all forklift equipment
- Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs as necessary.
- Implement preventative maintenance measures.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities
- Detect faulty operations, and defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision
- Maintain landscaping and parking lot.
Salary : $28
