Well-established Yakima law firm looking for a part-time office assistant to perform general clerical duties and staff support. Possibility of advancement as the firm continues to grow. Duties include coverage of reception duties as needed, including answering phones and assisting clients, assisting legal staff with maintenance of case files and other projects, including delivery of documents to various locations in and around Yakima County. Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook, strong general technology skills, be detail oriented and self-motivated, and have a positive attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team in the fast-paced legal field. Must have reliable transportation. Prior office experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.
