Corporate Controller

Position Summary: The Corporate Controller is responsible for the financial reporting for the parent entities.   Essential Functions:         MonMonthly financial closing for the parent entities including forward looking cash flow model ·         Preparation of annual budget for the parent company. ·         Maintain balance sheet reconciliation. ·         Responsible for cash management of the parent and 30 subsidiary entities ·         Work with outside tax firm for the year-end Income tax process ·         Responsible to working with various jurisdiction for real estate and personal property tax Monitoring corporate Accounts Receivable to ensure the timely billing and collections Completing monthly bank reconciliations for the parent entities.
