Title:   F&B Supervisor Job Description:   To provide leadership for the restaurant and banquets based on business need. This position champions the best service, product and quality and assists in training F&B staff.  This position also requires a “hands-on” approach for all aspects of the front of house areas in the F&B department.  This position will directly report to the F&B manager. Typical Work Conditions:   Restaurant and Banquets FOH operations Equipment Used: Computer, telephone, printer, XN POS, trays, silverware, glassware, linens, dishes, bar equipment   Knowledge/Training:   A minimum of 3 years of restaurant and/or management experience is required High school diploma or equivalent Good organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties and staff Essential Tasks: Open availability is a must including days, nights, holidays and whenever needed Promote good customer relations and handle customer concerns To fill in as needed serving, bartending, covering shifts Motivating; monitoring employee performance Comply with all health and safety regulations.
