Title:   Houseperson-Heavy Cleaning Job Description:   To work with maintenance on preventive maintenance of the guestrooms doing quarterly top to bottom cleaning of the rooms.  The purpose is to help us reach 100% guest satisfaction. Typical Work Conditions:   Primarily guestrooms Equipment Used: Cleaning solvents and chemicals, ladders, vacuum     Knowledge/Training:   Basic English necessary Spanish desirable Experience helpful but not necessary.
