Overview
We are seeking an optimistic, skilled and detail-oriented Jeweler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in jewelry repair, demonstrating proficiency with both hand tools and power tools. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work efficiently. As a Jeweler, you will be responsible for creating, assembling, and repairing various types of jewelry, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the process. Some examples of repairs include: sizing rings, soldering rings, bracelets, necklaces, retipping and new heads on stones, setting diamonds and gemstones, polishing/buffing and rhodium plating jewelry, and more!

Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble jewelry pieces using various materials and techniques.
- Perform repairs on damaged or worn jewelry items, restoring them to their original condition.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Operate machinery within the facility while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure optimal productivity.
- Collaborate well with team members & customers with strong communication.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to jewelry repair, including laser welding and torching
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment as needed.
- Experience with different metals and their alloys (sterling silver, gold and platinum)
- Able to complete tasks within a reasonable time-frame.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and quality.
