Position Responsibilities
System Maintenance:

- Install, configure, and update operating systems, drivers, and software applications.
- Work with Third Party IT Vendors
User Support:
-
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues.
- Support may be on-site or via remote assistance software
- Assist in the procurement, configuration, and issuing IT related equipment to end users, including but not limited to computers, mobile devices, etc.
- Promptly address user concerns, issues, hardware, etc.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues.
Security and Compliance:

- Enforce security measures to safeguard company data as dictated by the CTO.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations and procedures.
Microsoft 365 Administration:
-
- User account creation.
- Account troubleshooting (resetting passwords, MFA, updating contact information)Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environment)
- Associates degree in information technology, or related field
- In lieu of a degree, must have at least 2 years of proven experience in Information Techonology field
- Working knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Working knowledge or familiarity with Smartsheets
- Working knowledge or familiarity of Procore management software
- Some troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Especially using Remote Assistance Software
