Description
The Delivery Coordinator is a central member of the sales and service teams. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, organization, and execution to facilitate a smooth transition for customers as they take possession of their new recreational vehicles. Additionally, the delivery coordinator needs to have good time management and multitasking abilities and be able to operate positively in a fast paced (at times) environment. The job responsibilities are as follows :
- process sales information
- create and maintain files associated with purchased units
- communicate with service staff to ensure unit is prepped correctly and ready for pickup on day of delivery
- communicate with customers to set up delivery dates
- communicate with customers on expectations, requirements, and trade-related procedures
- facilitate unit transports between stores or to customers sites
- organize follow-up appointments if needed
- handle gift certificates or hotel accommodations as needed
- facilitate collection and distribution of relevant documentation
- organize and supervise main greeting counter
Requirements
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Full-time employment (40hrs / week)
Effective verbal and written communication skills required
POS experience preferred
CMS (customer service management) program experience preferred
Honesty, reliability and trustworthiness essential
Strong attendance record
Salary Description
18 - $22 / hour
