Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced RV Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team at Meyer's Bay RV, as a result of continued growth in the Baltimore Market. The RV Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales department, driving sales growth, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This is a leadership position that requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for recreational vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Oversee the sales team, providing direction, motivation, and support to achieve sales goals and revenue targets. Monitor sales performance, review sales reports, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry through the purchase and beyond. Handle any complex or escalated customer issues or concerns.
- Inventory Management: Work closely with the inventory team to ensure an adequate supply of RVs and related products. Analyze inventory levels, sales trends, and customer demands to make data-driven decisions.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide coaching and mentorship to help team members improve their product knowledge, sales skills, and performance.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
- Financial Reporting: Monitor and report on sales and financial performance. Ensure that sales budgets and margins are being met.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends, new RV models, and competitor offerings to provide the sales team and customers with the most accurate and relevant information.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales are conducted in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Oversee the completion of necessary paperwork, contracts, and financing documents.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in RV sales, automotive sales, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of RV products, models, and features is highly preferred.
