Are you ready to shape the future of digital shopping and lead e-commerce strategies that make waves? Meyer is on the hunt for a bold, visionary Director of e-commerce to drive next-level growth, craft exceptional consumer experiences, and lead our e-commerce evolution for our key cookware brand websites, including RachaelRay.com, Anolon.com, Circulon.com, Potsandpans.com and Farberwarecookware.com.
We’re looking for someone equal parts strategist, innovator, and data enthusiast—someone who lives for creating seamless, immersive shopping experiences that delight consumers and crush revenue goals. You’ll lead with a mix of creativity, analytics, and collaboration, empowering your team to set the gold standard in e-commerce.
What You’ll Do
Drive E-commerce Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce vision integrating emerging trends, cutting-edge technologies, and evolving consumer expectations.
Lead Merchandising Excellence
- Strategically select and manage product assortments, ensuring alignment with planning and key franchises to drive revenue and enhance brand affinity.
- Oversee site design, content, and product hierarchy to create a seamless user experience that boosts engagement and conversions.
- Develop pricing and promo strategies that balance growth and profitability while ensuring customer value and continuously elevating our brands and products.
Optimize Performance & Operations
- Identify and communicate growth opportunities, potential risks, pricing strategies, sales-driven promotions, and inventory optimization recommendations to support business objectives.
- Leverage data analytics to track and assess site and product performance continuously optimizing the user journey including Navigation, Homepage, PLP, PDP, On-site Search, Cart, Checkout, post-purchase and more.
- Lead and mentor a team across Digital Merchandising, Digital Product, UX, CRO CDP, and Development, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
- Keep an active pulse on evolving eCommerce trends, shifting consumer preferences, industry vendors, and competitive dynamics to uncover and capitalize
- Maximize sales potential on Amazon and Retailer Marketplaces through ongoing analysis and PDP optimization with enhanced storytelling, while maintaining brand consistency.
Collaborate & Build Relationships
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendor partnerships, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business goals.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, Creative, Finance, Product and Planning teams to create and execute strategies that deliver results.
Lead & Inspire
- Attract, hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team to execute strategies and drive success.
- Foster collaboration across departments and empower your team to deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Ecommerce Mastery: Proven success in ecommerce strategy, web production, and product marketing. You understand how to turn digital storefronts into revenue powerhouses.

- Data Wizardry: You’re fluent in performance across marketing and the full customer journey from landing page visit to post-checkout flow, MMM, and ROAS models, and can turn data into actionable insights.
