Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate key initiatives within our consumer goods division. In this role, you will manage complex, cross-functional projects that drive brand growth, enhance customer engagement, and ensure seamless execution of company strategies. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, IT, and Operations to align project goals, maintain timelines, and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end management of high-impact projects, ensuring successful execution from initial concept through to delivery, including go-to-market campaigns, product launches, and ordering processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between Marketing, Product, Sales, IT, Supply Chain, and Operations to drive project alignment and execution. Responsibilities include leading projects to streamline the chargeback process and integrating newly acquired companies.
- Timeline & Budget Management: Develop project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure initiatives are delivered within budget and deadlines. Ensure resource allocation aligns with project priorities while optimizing costs and maximizing ROI.
- Customer Experience Optimization: Coordinate with key teams to enhance the customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to streamline workflows, improve efficiencies, and enhance overall project execution. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, regularly assessing performance metrics and refining strategies to drive excellence.
- Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate potential challenges, proactively address roadblocks, and drive resolutions to keep projects on track. Develop mitigation strategies to address challenges before they escalate, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Measure the effectiveness of initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs). Implement real-time tracking and reporting systems to monitor progress, identify trends, and uncover areas for optimization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or brand management within the consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, product launches, and retail strategies.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
